COVID-19 Stage 4 Requirements
Our clinic will remain OPEN for patients in need of URGENT treatment on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
In line with DHHS regulations, all allied health practitioners are to limit face-to-face contact and movement. We are only allowed to treat patients who are ‘urgent’, or at risk of deteriorating to becoming an urgent case.
What to do:
Contact the clinic to speak with one of our osteopaths who will conduct a “free” comprehensive pre-screen consultation over the phone with you. During this consultation, if the Osteopath decides you fall into this ‘urgent’ category we will then arrange a face-to-face consultation as soon as possible.
What to expect:
We take your health seriously and continue to use hospital grade cleaning products within the clinic. Our appointments are spaced to allow for social distancing and a thorough clean of treatment rooms between patients. Face masks are to be used by patients at all times (unless for a medical reason).
We strongly encourage our existing patients who do not fall in this category to continue to reach out to us for advice during the lock down period.
A reminder if you are experiencing or have experienced symptoms including a fever, cough, runny nose or sore throat please advise our clinic prior to visiting us to receive your treatment. The same applies if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus or suspect that you may have the virus.
